A Resource Workshop for Supporting an Aged Parent or a Terminally-Ill Loved One, and Yourself
Sunday, 2/21, from 1-3:30 pm in the UU Church of Silver Spring Sanctuary.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore all stages of the caregiving journey, with information and resources helpful to those currently facing this challenge as well as to those who may face them in the future. Panelists will include social workers, medical professionals, government agency staff, and a member of our congregation who will share lessons learned from the caregiving journey. Church members and friends are encouraged to invite others to attend.
A light lunch will be served at 12:30 and a registration fee of $10 is requested.
