UUFSM E-Mailing Lists

UUFSM maintains four email lists via the MAILMAN system.  Subscriptions can be managed through individual accounts on this website or via the Mailman Control interface pages. People may subscribe to both the Weekly Announcement List and to the Monthly Newsletter list.

• UUFSM Board  (board @ uufsm.org)  This is a discussion list for board members.  Board members can send and receive mail sent to it. All UUFSM members can post to it, but they do not receive mail sent to this list.  Membership is controlled completely by the list manager; subscriptions and unsubscriptions must be approved by the list manager.
• UUFSM Members  (members @ uufsm.org) This is an announcement list for UUFSM Members. It is used to send out  special announcements for members. Messages are moderated, and must be approved by the List Manager. Membership is controlled by the list manager; subscriptions and unsubscriptions must be approved by the list manager. • UUFSM Announcements (annoucements @ uufsm.org)  This is an announcement list for friends, members, and anyone interested in weekly and special updates from the Fellowship. Messages are moderated, and must be approved by the List Manager. Membership is controlled by the individual; people may subscribe and unsubscribe themselves. Click to Subscribe
• UUFSM News (news @ uufsm.org) This is an announcement list for the monthly UUFSM newsletter. Messages are moderated, and must be approved by the List Manager. Membership is controlled by the individual; people may subscribe and unsubscribe themselves. It is used by people active in the Fellowship and by former members and friends who like to see what's going on once a month. Links to this list are on our Facebook and on our Twitter pages. Using the Mailing lists

The newsletter editor is the primary user of the Announcements@ and News@ mailing lists.

• Monthly newsletters are sent to News@ , usually by creating a News Item on this site, attaching the newsletter as a PDF document, and then Emailing that item to news@.
  
• Weekly announcements are sent to Announcements@, usually by clicking the MAIL option on http://www.uufsm.org/uu/content. 
• Special Announcements are sent to the appropriate list(s).  Board members, the minister, the We Care coordinators, and other people may, from time to time, need to send special announcements. These should be sent to webadmin [at] uufsm [dot] org for forwarding. Or, if people wish more immediate access or post frequently, they can be given privileges to post directly to the list. Ask webadmin [at] uufsm [dot] org to upgrade your privileges.
• Board members and UUFSM members may email board@ at any time.
