Town Hall: The Ongoing Search for Movers and Shakers

14 February 2010 - 11:45am - 12:15pm On Sunday, February 14th, please stay after the service for a Town Hall. We'll be discussing our vital need for "Movers and Shakers" (Board Members, Committee Chairs, Team Leaders, and Organizers) for the coming year. For example:
- Our Articles of Incorporation state that for UUFSM to exist as a legal entity, we must have a functioning Board of Trustees with at least a chair, vice-chair, secretary, and treasurer. On June 6, we need to elect four new board members, including a secretary.
- We need to elect two new members to the Nominating Committee.
- We are looking for people to coordinate and assist in the Worship Services for next year, and in many other activities.
Our Fellowship doesn't happen unless we make it happen. Please make every effort to attend this meeting.
