Dear Members of the UUFSM:

The volunteer mediators and staff at the Community Mediation Center of St. Mary's thank you for your recent $260 donation. We are grateful for your generosity. How a society manages its disputes reflects very much on the quality of life in that society. To the extent that people can resolve their differences in a manner that respects opposing views, a sense of harmony emerges. To the extent that disputes are resolved by adversarial battles in court or in the street, the opposite effect results. Our community-education efforts and mediation and facilitation services are dedicated to this mission. Thank you for your support.
