PPM: Fellowship Builders Committee
Purpose
The Fellowship Builder Committee supports UUFSM's mission of fostering an open and caring community. There are five teams:
• Members and Friends
• Social Activities
• Small Group Ministry (chalice circles, evensong, etc.)
• We Care
• Mediation
Duties of Board Liaison for this Committee
- Recruit a Committee Chair and then support the chair
- coordinate efforts among the teams, when applicable
- encourage members and thank them for their efforts.
- sign expense vouchers and oversee budgets
- Ensure that Teams send in their budget to the treasurer by 1 Feb.
- Ensure that Teams send post their annual report online or send to the secretary by 1 May.
- make monthly report to the Board, preferably written report to the secretary one week before the board meeting.
- encourage publicizing events by having Teams post their items online ro send to bulletin [at] uufsm [dot] org
- Every Sunday, check the Fellowship Builders Pocket in the Mail Folder for information. Distribute to Teams. Encourage Team Leaders to pick up their own mail.
