PPM: Board of Trustees
Purpose
Trustees shall have general charge of the property of the Fellowship, shall conduct its business affairs, and shall control its administration, including the making of policies and procedures and the appointment of such committees and task forces as it may deem necessary. (Bylaws Article VII)
Composition
Seven members: three elected in odd years, four elected in even years. The Secretary and Treasurer are elected to those positions and serve two-year terms. The Board Chair and Vice Chair are elected by all the board members from the five members-at-large, and serve one-year terms in those offices.
