Once in a Blue Moon

On New Year's Eve, it's the second full moon in the month of December, so that makes it a blue moon. (They happen every 2.7 years.)
Also, the full moon rises at 4:56 pm (60 degrees east of north) and the sun sets (240 degrees east of north) at 4:56 p.m. If it's not raining, find a good place (near the water?) with an unobstructed view of the horizon to see them both!
