Sunday Morning Signups

SUNDAY MORNINGS

For the Fellowship, Sunday Morning worship services are the highlight of each week. Please help them happen by filling out this Interest Form. You will be contacted about schedules and how to get involved. Just click on the name of each topic below to see what's available. Thank you! NOTE: If you see the message "You have already submitted this form" and you want to edit your responses, LOG IN. Your User ID is your name, and if you don't know your password, click on REQUEST NEW PASSWORD in the login page. After you have logged in, click on Sunday Morning Signups in the left-hand menu and edit it.

Operations

Set Up:

I can come at 9:30 and help move chairs and tables.

Greeters

Be A Greeter:

I can come at 10:00 and then greet people and give them nametags and bulletins as they arrive.

Coordinate Greeters:

Yes

I can coordinate the schedule for the greeters and make sure we have enough supplies.

Chalice Guild

Chalice Guild members bring flowers and come at 9:45 to decorate our worship space.

Flowers or Centerpiece:

once a month

I can bring a centerpiece for the Chalice Table by 10:10 a.m.

Decorate Room:

once a month

once a quarter

once a year

I can come at 9:45 to decorate the room by hanging banners, arranging tablecloths, and setting up the Chalice Table and the Flowers of Joys and Concerns.

Chalice Guild Coordinator:

I can coordinate the schedule for the Chalice Guild Members and buy and organize supplies.

Music and Choir

Share the music:

I can play the piano for hymn singing

I can do music for a prelude or an offertory

I can sing songs on my own or in a small group

I can be in the Choir (practice on Wednesdays)

I can help coordinate the Music program

I can help lead the Choir

I can be a Worship Associate (do readings, help the service leader)

I can lead a Worship Service (plan, choose songs and readings, give a talk or do a group activity)

I can help plan Worship Services (go to monthly meetings, pick topics, recruit speakers)

I can work with a Guest Speaker

I can coordinate the Worship Program for the Fellowship

Bulletins

Editors:

create a monthly Newsletter and an Announcement Sheet once a month

Editors take turns by the month, so you would do the Orders of Service and/or the Newsletter one month, then have a month or two off, then a month on again.

Hospitality

Snacks and Drinks:

I can bring snacks or drinks to share

Hospitality Preparation:

I can come by 10:0 to set up the snack table and make coffee and tea.
