Board of Trustees The Board meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm. Location rotates among the homes of the Board members. All members are welcome to attend and to submit agenda items.
This board meeting includes all members-elect and all current board members.
Proposed Agenda (* every month)
- *Approval of last month's minutes, Reports from Board Chair and Treasurer
- Assign Board Liaisons to Interest Areas.
- Any Liaison with a new interest area should arrange to meet with the former Liaison and go over the policies and procedures and how the area is doing.
- Select date for next meeting (should be a board retreat for the new board to go over work details)

- *Interest Area Reports
Action Items
- Outgoing members hand over their board book to new members
- Board liaisons to new areas should swap out their Policies and Procedures section
