The Great Paper Swap and Sort

Got UUFSM papers?  If you're holding UUFSM files or resources in your home that you're not using or that you think other people should have access to, please bring them on Sunday, June 27. We'll be sorting through them all after the service, then consolidating, reorganizing, and recycling them, before deciding who takes what home.

We'll have a table (or two) for each committee, and people can put all the files for that committee on that table.

PLEASE PRE-SORT!  Our committees are:

1. Sunday Mornings (Ops, Worship, Choir, Music, Chalice Guild)
2. Religious Education (Library, Nursery, Sunday School, Youth Group, Adult RE)
3. Fellowship Builders (Hospitality and Social Events, Members & Friends, Greeters, We Care, Small Group Worship)
   
4. Social Justice (Earth Care, Civil Rights for All, Community Outreach, UU Service Committee)
   
5. Communications (Publications, Publicity, Office Management, Website)
6. Finance & Planning (Bookkeeping, Land and Building, Endowment, Fundraising, Canvass)
7. UU Matters (Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, Liaisons, Employee Supervision, Chalice Lighters)

Then, Board Liaisons, Committee Chairs, Team Leaders, and interested people can sort through what's on their committee's table, decide what to keep, what to recycle, how to organize, and who gets to take what home.

If you can't be there on the 27th, you can bring your papers and supplies on the 20th or ask someone else to bring them in for you. If you have electronic versions of the files, please email them to secretary [at] uufsm [dot] org or bring a computer disk. (We'll be having a separate sorting event for RE curriculum and supplies at another time.)
