Labor Day Weekend Picnic
This year, we'll be meeting in our regular time (10:30) and regular location (Chesapeake Charter School) on the Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend. It's important that we be there regularly, in case a visitor comes by.
Our traditional picnic is being planned for another time and place, and we'll have more details soon!

Deadline for Updates to Directory, PPM, and Pamphlets

Sunday, 1 August 2010 - 10:00pm Please have all information that needs to be printed or on our calendars in by today, August 1. That includes changes to the Directory, updates to your Policy and Procedure Manuals, and any information in our pamphlets (Welcome, Membership, RE, and In the News).

Meeting for Fellowship Builders Committee

The Fellowship Builders Committee will be meeting at noon, right after the social time. We'll be planning Social Events for the upcoming year and going over the schedules for Greeter and Hospitality (snacks). We'll also be talking about Members & Friends, which focuses on inquirer's classes, new member ceremonies, "we care" efforts, small-group activities, mediation providers, and all the other things that go into making the Fellowship a friendly place to be!

If you're interested in sharing the UU message with the wider community and in making sure we all know what's going on (via the website, publicity, publications, directory) then please attend this meeting.
