What Happens When We Die?
Submitted by UUFSM on 30 October 2009 - 12:59amMost of us have probably pondered the question: "What happens when I die?" Our answers have likely been as different and varied as we are.
The booklet, "Let the Choice be Mine," asks that question, too, but with an emphasis on the practical, not the spiritual. This 36-page booklet provides a convenient way to collect important information and to write down your preferences. Many choices need to be made in the first few days after a death, and this booklet will help your family decide what to do.

Minister's Letter
Submitted by Michael Relland on 28 October 2009 - 12:21pmWhat is beyond our reach? I recently quit a teaching assignment at one school so that I could better focus on the other. During a visit with a spiritual mentor of mine, I came to tears thinking, "Surely I can do it all. There is such great need to do this work with children in DC!" To this, my mentor said, "You're not Jesus!"
