We maintain three email lists:
- announcements AT uufsm.org (members, friends, people interested in UUFSM)
- News AT uufsm.org (for distribution of newsletter)
- members AT uufsm.org (members only list)
PPM: Email at UUFSM
Emergency Cancellation: In the event of the cancellation of a Sunday Service, an email should be sent to the UUFSM Announcement list (announcements [at] uufsm [dot] org) by 9:00 a.m. The Board Chair will contact the webmaster by 8:40.
How to Share Information at UUFSM
To help foster a loving, caring community, everyone is invited to share information about events and activities that are UU or Fellowship related, of general interest to members, or have a member actively involved in them. Examples include a UUFSM Committee meeting, a workshop sponsored by JPD, a TV or radio show about a legislative topic of interest or a noteworthy person, a book or movie review, or a community event that you’re actively involved in.

BYLAWS ARTICLE XI. ENDOWMENT FUND
An Endowment Fund, whose purpose, governance, and operational procedures shall be defined by special resolution adopted by the congregation, shall be established. See Bylaws for details.

Liability Insurance
The Fellowship will maintain an insurance liability policy. The Planning Team will review it annually and ensure the policy is adequate for our needs.
Renter's Insurance
The Planning Team will review the need for renter insurance and make appropriate recommendations.
